I’ve spent 15+ years inside some of the world’s biggest platforms, building the Trust & Safety frameworks that most people never see but everyone is affected by.
Policy from the inside looks very different from the outside. I’ve been in the room when the crises hit, when the regulations land, and when the product team needs someone to translate all of it into something that actually works.
